Thank you for shopping at Button Vena. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  1. Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Gift cards.

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  1. How to Initiate a Return To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@buttonvena.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.
  2. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a replacement.

  1. Refunds & Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
